Hello together,

i just scanned the front and back covers from the dvds of my collection, that don't have them in the profiler. I added them in the profiler. But who do i share it with the community?

In the top menu of Profiler select Online > Contribute DVD Profile

Or right click the icon that's a hand holding a dvd and select contribute.

Wenn i do so, i get a message to update the disc ID via DVD -> Change UPC.
What does this mean?

I've not seen this message myself. Can you post the disc id/upc and titles you're getting this on?

If you've updated your database from version 2, have you amended all your UPC codes to now include all numbers (the old version used to lose the front and back end numbers)?

Yes, i have updated the database from an old version.
I only get the message at those dvds:

Breakdown Widescreen-Edition - Disc ID:
Columbia Tristar Home Entertainment - Disc ID: I617C-4566
Lost In Space - Widescreen Edition - Disc ID: I944B-A595
Secrets of the Titanic - Disc ID: IOE3C-E758
Under Suspicion - Widescreen Edition - Disc ID: I04DC-OA14

I changed the UPC for the DVD "Breakdown - Widescreen Edition" from "I942C-1E8D" to "IBA098C09AE698885". I used the ID from my Disc i put into the DVD-Drive.
Then i could contribute the scans from this one.

You'll have to do the same for the rest too as this new version of Profiler is now able to read the full ID.
