It would maybe be a good idea to make a separate forum for this, so that when people need to discuss particular cast/crew members' common names and name parsing they could do it in this forum. This will stop the Contribution Discussion forum being over-filled with discussions on particular names, at the same time as providing an easy way for contributors of finding agreed-upon common names (after a consensus is reached).
