hi,

today, I recieved teh following error message:

Unknown Alias
The selected alias (****) is not recognized.

Please check the spelling and try again.


where is my acoount? why was it deleted?

It wasn't "deleted", it has not yet been created.

This is Invelos', not InterVocative's website.

You can, however, use your existing Key of the software to sign up here.

This is correct. The program no longer requires an account if you do not want to run the Unlimited version.

You account does exists on IVS. If you have an Premium account on that site you can bring it over here to get a new free (Since you allready have paided for the program)key.

1) Start DVD Profiler 2.4 or 2.5
2) choose menu File -> Backup Profile Database
3) Backup Database
4) Install and run DVD Profiler 3.0
5) choose menu File -> Restore Profile Database
6) go to http://www.invelos.com/SignUp.aspx
7) Are you a premium user on Intervocative?
7a) Yes: Create a new account by giving your registration key (on the lower left side)
7b) No: Create a new account
8) Back to DVD Profiler 3.0
9) choose menu Online -> DVD Profiler Online
10) upload your collection with the username created in 7)
