Bug Report failed & Query Gifts From Media Type UltraHD didn't work

DVD Profiler Desktop version 4.0.0, Build 1762. Windows 10 machine.

Attempting to submit a bug report through the desktop application throws an error (also happens when not connected to a VPN):
"HTTP error code: 87" "Sorry, sending the message didn't work."

The bug I was trying to report:
"qryGiftsFrom: Field 'MEDIA_TYPE_ULTRAHD' not found"
In the Edit Users interface, attempting to switch to the "Gifts" tab on users that have gifts assigned to them. Error pops up /prevents switching to the "Gifts" tab. If a user with no gifts is selected first, then the user is swapped to one with gifts assigned, error pops up again and only the first row assigned gift is shown.

I do not need direct assistance with this, as I was able to accomplish what I was seeking to do, but wanted to flag this bug.
