TurboCLT 1.2.0
Someone thought that it was actually a good idea to not use production year, instead treating all profiles with the same title as one title. So now you get a choice. See Settings.
At the same time I fixed a couple of more minor bugs, and added some other features.
- You can now search the results for any random string.
- There is also a context menu item for opening the contribution notes.
- And finally, there is a context menu item named Display profile. It opens a window like this:

A tip:
When you download a profile, DVD Profiler does a refresh of your database. If you have a large database, this will take a little bit of time. So if you intend to download a lot of profiles in order to fix them, you might consider creating a new empty database just for this purpose. It will speed things up considerably. Oopsie! Something got lost! 
Not sure how it happened, but TurboCLT was supposed to separate titles with different production years. Somehow that got lost. It may not be very often that someone is credited in two different films with the same title, but it happens, especially in remakes. So, this is fixed now. Example:
As a bonus, I have added a new function:
This downloads the selected profile and adds it to your collection. If you want to fix a profile that you don't own, you may want to add it to a collection other than "Owned". You select the desired collection in the Settings:
So, this is TurboCLT 1.1.0

| It's pretty clear to me that several of the points under "Clarification / Adjustment to Rules" actually do overrule the standard rules. We have several "Do not ..." amendments. So it's not at all obvious that the bit about the overview doesn't also overrule the general rules. I think that Ken intended for standard rules to apply. I think we should apply standard rules. That said, I don't think that the rules make that clear. Let me explain:
If the box set cover contains a listing of contents with brief descriptions of each, enter it directly into the Overview field.
Now, if standard rules do indeed apply, then this sentence is superfluous. Such a listing should have been used for the overview anyway. So the inclusion of this sentence seems to imply that standard rules do not apply. I need to mention that mediadogg's work has been invaluable. Not only has he made improvements to HTTPJolie in order to make TurboCLT possible. It was actually he who pointed out to me that web scraping the CLT pages was so much faster with WebView2 than with previously available web components. Initially I just wrote a small test, but it was so successful that I continued.
You may notice that the results from TurboCLT looks a lot like what you would get from mediadogg's CLTBoss plugin plus my CLTinfo program. The big difference is that TurboCLT is so much faster (and is a single program). It's possible that mediadogg comes up with an improved CLTBoss, and if so you have two different approaches to chose from. The problem that mediadogg faces is that the plugin environment imposes various restrictions that a freestanding tool doesn't have to deal with.
Anyway, a hugh thank you to mediadogg for his great work!

TurboCLT provides info from Invelos that is more detailed than the ordinary CLT.
Note though, that you must have HTTPJolie version 1.61 (or later).
Detailed info can be useful when there are more than one person with the same name. If, for example, you're looking for a sound guy that goes by either Greg Jacobs or Gregory Jacobs, you can see the various function separated. Gregory may not be as far ahead as the bare CLT figures would indicate. And you can filter on the various crew roles to make it even easier.
The regular CLT does not separate persons by birth year. TurboCLT does.
How many titles are these really?
You might also spot some profiles that would benefit from adding Original Title.
All in all, if you want to improve the Invelos database, there is a lot of information here to point out profiles that might need updating.

I totally agree. The reason for my question was that I was about to make a contribution where I replaced an incorrect overview with the overview from the back cover of the boxset (which did not include a list of the contents). Well, that is certainly what I would like the rule to say.
However, your interpretation makes the entire first sentence superfluous. By your reading of the rule, if there is an overview it should be entered as is, regardless of if it contains a listing of the contents or not.

One thing to note is that if you intend to import your movie ratings from DVD Profiler, and your PC's regional settings specify decimal comma rather than decimal point, then you may have a problem, because Letterboxd expects numerical values with decimal point.
I haven't tried Enhanced Titles, so I'm not sure if it can force export with decimal point. My guess is that it can't. I know that ProfilerQuery can not.

You could use ProfilerQuery. Run a query with the required fields, then Save result to file, which will create a CSV file. Then edit the file to add the appropriate column headings.
One thing, ProfilerQuery saves with semicolon as field separators. Letterboxd needs comma separated fields. So either use a text editor to change all semicolons into commas, or load the CSV file into a spreadsheet and re-save specifying comma separators. And with 1200+ profiles, you might consider splitting the CSV file into several smaller parts. Just make sure you add column headings to each part.
Note though, that with just Title, Production year (and possibly Director) to identify the movie, it will be a bit of hit and miss, so check the summary before completing the import.

Just FYI, I did some looking up on these names, and I found 125 (2236) sound type credits for Richard L. Anderson and 21 (302) sound type credits for Richard Anderson. Number of credits broken down as follows:
Richard L. Anderson: Sound Editor (211), Sound Re-Recording Mixer (4), Supervising Sound Editor (2022)
Richard Anderson: Sound (1), Sound Editor (79), Supervising Sound Editor (222)

While testing one of my programs I found a significant difference between my results and the ones from the CLT. I thought I had a bug, but after a lot of debugging it seems that it is instead the CLT that is buggy.
Case in point: I searched the CLT for "Paull Walia" (note Paull with two L). One of the profiles listed by the CLT is the German release of Ocean's Thirteen, UPC 7-321982-000868. It shows Paull Walia as "Security Technician". However when I downloaded the profile to check it, I see that the name in the actual profile is really "Paul Walia" with a single L.  | Posted: Topic Replies: 5, Topic Views: 1372 |

A few facts that probably has no bearing:
We have a Jason Griffith credited as Costume Designer in "4 Life", but IMDb list him as Jason Griffin, so that's probably a mistake in the profile.
There is a Jason Griffith listed as sound in "Barney: The Land of Make Believe" so most likely not one of the actors.
Then in the Netherlands release of "The 4400: The Second Season" there is Jason Griffiths, credited as Jason Griffith. But since all other releases of that title has Jason Griffith as Arlo, the Netherlands profile is almost certainly an error. There is an actor named Jason Griffiths, but he is not in any other 4400 release.
